OUR 12 MONTH PLACEMENT PROGRAMME
We offer you an opportunity that will get you involved from day one. Our rigorous, rotational programme is designed to challenge participants across various ‘back’, ‘middle’ and ‘front’-office functions, giving you the exposure to really understand our business and what it takes to succeed in it.
Our placement year programme is currently only available at our London office.
A prestigious element of the programme is the requirement to study for, and pass, the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment's Capital Markets Award, specialising in derivatives.

If you are on a finance, economics or mathematics course that offers an industry placement and are keen to make a career in the fast-paced commodities market, we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for talented individuals who can demonstrate:

- Outstanding communication skills
